Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
RETURNS
Mamify Store accepts returns of new, undamaged products showing no signs of use within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the order.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at help@mamifystore.com. Include your order number and the product reference you wish to return. After confirmation from our team, you must send the item to the provided address within 14 (fourteen) days.
All items for return or exchange must be sent directly to Mamify Store, accompanied by the proforma invoice provided via email. This is necessary to facilitate the refund process.
Please note we do not accept returns for personalized items.
Returns not complying with the stated conditions will not qualify for a refund.
Refunds are provided exclusively as store credit, covering the full purchase amount.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel an order only if it is in pending status and has not yet been packaged or shipped. For cancellation, please contact our customer support at help@mamify-store.com.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS
We accept product exchanges, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, please contact customer support at help@mamify-store.com.
REFUND METHODS AND DEADLINES
Mamify Store will issue store credit within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date the returned item is received.
For canceled orders (paid but not yet shipped), store credit will be issued within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days.
Refunds are always provided as store credit, irrespective of the original payment method.
REFUND OF SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs for original shipment and returns are the customer's responsibility.
UNCLAIMED DELIVERIES: REFUND OR RESHIPMENT
If delivery was attempted but remains unclaimed, we will notify you and offer two options:

Store Credit: Receive a full refund in store credit for future purchases.

Reshipment: Pay an additional shipping fee to resend your order.
If no response is received, the order will automatically be refunded as store credit.
Note: Unclaimed deliveries may incur additional fees or restocking charges.
