Warranty

Mamify Store provides a one (1) year warranty on all products, effective from the purchase date. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to damages caused by improper use, self-inflicted damage, normal wear and tear, loss, theft, or loss of printed details.

Upon receiving your order, you are responsible for inspecting the products immediately. If the received product is incorrect, defective, or incomplete, please notify Mamify Store immediately by email at help@mamifystore.com.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all boxes, documentation, and accessories.

Upon validating the claim, Mamify Store will offer the customer the choice of a free replacement of the defective product or a full refund.

The warranty does not apply under the following circumstances:

• Damage or discoloration due to exposure to chemicals or improper cleaning.

• Products that have been repaired or altered by the customer or third parties.

• Products exposed to abnormal conditions or usage contrary to Mamify Store's provided instructions.
