SHIPPING FEES AND DELIVERY TIME

Mamify Store offers FREE SHIPPING for orders over 100 EUR. Occasionally, we may provide free shipping promotions which will be communicated through promotional campaigns or directly on our website.

Orders are typically shipped daily. Products marked as "Pending" indicate that the item is awaiting stock replenishment, potentially resulting in extended delivery times. Mamify Store is committed to shipping pending items as soon as possible.

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, such as Black Friday, Christmas, New Year, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

ORDER DELAYS

Orders are shipped using FedEx, UPS, DHL, or National Post. Mamify Store cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

In case of delayed delivery, customers must allow up to 30 days before filing a complaint with the shipping carrier. Orders shipped via regular mail without tracking cannot be tracked or claimed if delayed or lost.

In the event an order sent via registered mail is confirmed lost after 30 days, a claim will be filed with the shipping carrier, and the customer will only receive reimbursement or a replacement after the carrier confirms the loss.

Mamify Store is not responsible for any claims arising from inadequate service by shipping carriers.
